How much does it cost?

Short answer, $31/hour or more. Our rates depend on a few factors, but $31/hr is a common rate for us.

Long answer, we are admittedly not the cheapest option in town. Our focus is to provide the absolute best care you can give your loved one. Our quality of care is night and day different from the industry standard while our price is usually just minimally more than others.

Will my health insurance or Medicare pay for in-home caregiving?

No. Medicare and commercial health insurances like Aetna, BCBS, etc. do not pay for our services. Our services and our industry as a whole is considered “non-medical home care”, so those types of insurance do not cover what we do.

How quickly can you start?

We can typically start immediately. We are able to start quicker than most as we stay well staffed due to low caregiver turnover. We have great people throughout our organization.

What areas do you serve?

We are local to Waco, Texas and serve this area primarily. We serve most cities and towns within McLennan County including: Hewitt, Lorena, Robinson, Woodway, McGregor, Bellmead, Bruceville, Eddy, Troy, Chilton, Riesel, Mart, Hallsburg, Crawford, China Spring, Valley Mills, West, Clifton, and more.

Easy! The first step is to give us a call and we are happy to talk through and all questions you might have. Next, is to schedule a time for a free, in-home consult to go through everything in detail and establish a schedule for care if you would like.

How do you match caregivers with clients?

This is part of our secret sauce and something that sets us apart. The industry standard is fast-food style, to throw out an open shift on the bulletin board and let anyone jump in. We do not do that at all. We carefully assign our caregivers to our clients based on several factors including personality, skills, and client-specific requests. We go out of our way to give each client our best.

How are you different from other providers?

What is the difference between that local restaurant you go to for anniversaries and celebrations and the McDonald’s just a half mile away? They both serve dinner!

In the same way, we are like that beloved, local, customer-centered, mom-and-pop restaurant.
